Terms of Service

The rules that govern your use of the MiseOrbit website.

Last updated: 8 May 2026

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MiseOrbit website at miseorbit.com (the "Site"). They form a binding agreement between you and MiseOrbit Ltd ("MiseOrbit", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.

If you are a customer using the MiseOrbit platform (the "Service"), your access is also governed by a separate Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Agreement signed at the start of the engagement. In the event of any conflict, the signed agreement takes precedence.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site to learn about MiseOrbit, request a demo, contact our team, and read our published content. You may not use the Site to scrape, reverse engineer, attempt to gain unauthorised access, transmit malware, infringe intellectual property, or otherwise act unlawfully.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time and without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

3. Intellectual property

The MiseOrbit name, logo, brand assets, copy, software, screenshots, illustrations, and visual design are owned by MiseOrbit or our licensors and are protected by UK and international intellectual-property laws.

You may share short quotations from our public content for journalism, academic, or review purposes provided you credit MiseOrbit and link to the original source.

4. Submissions and feedback

If you submit suggestions, feedback, ideas, or content to us via the Site (for example, in a contact form, demo conversation, or testimonial), you grant MiseOrbit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use that material to operate and improve the Service. We will not publish identifiable feedback as a public testimonial without your consent.

5. Third-party links and integrations

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services (for example, our integration partners). We are not responsible for the content, security, or practices of those third parties. Following a link to a third-party site is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

6. No warranty

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all express and implied warranties — including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability — relating to the Site itself. This clause does not exclude warranties relating to the Service that are explicitly given in a signed Master Services Agreement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MiseOrbit's total liability to you arising out of or relating to your use of the Site is limited to one hundred pounds sterling (£100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be limited under English law.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data and forms part of these Terms.

9. Changes to the Site or Terms

We may update the Site, its content, or these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. If we make a material change to the Terms, we will draw it to your attention via the Site or, where appropriate, by email.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
