Hotel F&B scheduling that finally matches the bookings
Boutique hotel groups solved rooms with a PMS years ago. F&B labour is still spreadsheets. MiseOrbit forecasts F&B demand from your covers, footfall, and event diary — then builds the rota for the restaurant, bar, room service, and banqueting team.
Your PMS forecasts occupancy. It does not forecast F&B labour. MiseOrbit fills that gap. We sit alongside your hotel PMS and run the workforce-management problem for everything that happens off-room — the restaurant, the bar, breakfast, room service, banqueting, and any spa F&B. One platform, one bill, one labour-vs-sales view across every outlet.
Why scheduling is harder than it should be in hotels
PMS forecasts rooms; F&B labour is on its own
Your PMS gives you tomorrow's check-in numbers and ADR. It does not tell you how many breakfast covers you should staff for, how the bar's Friday night will land, or whether room service needs a runner.
Banqueting and events break the weekly rota
A 200-person wedding, a corporate offsite, or a private dining event blows up the standard rota. Most groups still pull a separate rota together by hand and hope it integrates.
Occupancy and F&B demand do not move together
Full hotel + restaurant booked solid is one shape. Full hotel + quiet restaurant (corporate guests eating elsewhere) is another. Treating them as one signal mis-staffs both.
Multi-outlet groups have multiple labour problems
If you operate 5 hotels with 3 outlets each, you do not have one rota — you have 15. The Ops Director cannot see them on one screen, so anomalies hide.
Built for the operating reality of hotels
Outlet-level F&B forecasting
Restaurant, bar, breakfast, room service, banqueting — each forecast separately by daypart, with weather and event drivers folded in.
PMS-friendly, not PMS-replacing
MiseOrbit does not replace your PMS. We sit alongside it and own the workforce management for F&B specifically. Use Mews, Cloudbeds, Opera, or whatever you have — we integrate where supported.
Multi-property portfolio dashboard
Cross-property labour-vs-sales benchmarking. See which property's bar is under-staffed and which restaurant is over-staffed at the group level.
What you get on day one
Banqueting + events overlay
When a 200-person event lands, the affected outlets see the demand uplift folded into the forecast and the rota — not as an afterthought.
Free Team Hub mobile app
Front-of-house, kitchen, and bar teams across every outlet on one app — swaps, availability, leave, open shifts, with manager approvals in one tap.
WTR + break compliance
UK Working Time Regulations and break rules enforced across every outlet. Hotels with 24/7 room service get the right rest patterns automatically.
POS + payroll integrations
Connect your F&B POS and payroll provider in days. Actuals feed the forecast loop continuously — no manual exports between systems.

Common hotels questions
Will MiseOrbit conflict with our PMS?+
No. MiseOrbit is not a PMS. We sit alongside your existing PMS (Mews, Cloudbeds, Opera, etc.) and own the workforce management for F&B specifically. Most hotel groups deliberately keep rooms management on the PMS and run F&B labour in MiseOrbit because that is where the real WFM gap is.
Can it handle banqueting and events?+
Yes. Banqueting and events are first-class concepts in the forecast. When you book a 150-person wedding for the 14th, the affected outlets see that demand applied automatically and the rota build accounts for it.
We have 4 hotels with different operating styles. Will the platform respect that?+
Yes. Each property and each outlet is configured separately with its own demand pattern, role mix, and labour target. The group dashboard rolls them up. A boutique 30-room hotel with a fine-dining restaurant is treated very differently from a 200-room conference hotel with a brasserie.
What about housekeeping and reception scheduling?+
MiseOrbit's strongest fit is the F&B side of hotel ops. Some groups extend the platform to spa F&B and casual scheduling for back-of-house teams, but housekeeping and reception are usually run inside the PMS or a dedicated rooms-side rota tool. We will be honest in the demo about which of your roles fit our model and which do not.
